Sapa - Ban Ho
(2nights on train & 3 nights in Sapa)

At 20h30 pick up from our hotel . Transfer to railway station for a night train at 21h30 to Sapa (Soft sleeper with A/C).
Day 1: Lao Cai - Sapa - Cat Cat - Shin Chai
Upon arrival in Lao Cai Station, bus tranfer to Sapa. Have breakfast in the hotel then start trekking to Cat Cat and Sin Chai villages of Black H'Mong tribe. Enjoy the waterfall in Cat Cat and beautiful scenery along the way. |

Have Lunch and trek back to hotel for a hot shower and enjoy the night in the hotel in Sapa town. (B,L, D) (App. 4 hours trekking/8 km.)

Day 2: Lao Chai - Ta Van
After breakfast and get ready for the trip, trek down to Lao Chai village to visit the Tay and Dzay tribes then keep going along the bottom of the Sapa valley to get to Ta Van village, which is supposed to be one of the most beautiful area. Have a picnic lunch on the way. . Stay overnight in Tavan (B,L,D) |

Day3: Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai - Ban Ho
Continue trekking 5kms to Giang Ta Chai of Red Zao friendly people, enjoy the beautiful water - fall and also the beauty of the young Red Zao girls on the way to the rendervouz with their lovers. After lunch you continue trekking to Ban Ho, the amazing village of the Tay minority people. Sleep in the still house . Overnight on village ( B,L, D ) |

Day 4: After having a breakfast, walk along the Muong Hoa river, you'll see more other breath - taking beautiful scenery here and there, green terrace field of rice and corn, rattan suspended bridges crossing the river. Then motobike will take you back to Sapa. (B,L). Then you will take a bus back to Lao cai at 4pm. , (night train back to Hanoi city)
