-Small room -A bit musky smelling -Not a good choice of breakfast menu
The Hanoi Palace Hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff were helpful and good with the service. The hotel is situated right in the OLD QUARTER, so the location was excellent for shopping, sightseeing and restaurants as it was just a stroll down the street. It could have better lighting throughout the rooms and the hallways as well as the lobby. It felt dark and a bit depressing. But the staffs vibrant and cheeriness made up for that. I would give this a 7.5/10.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Situated in the OLD QUARTER, you get to explore the history and culture of the city as its a walk from the hotel. The shopping was fun, and the Hoang Kiem Lake was a nice sight to see in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi city life

Good location, Quiet in the morning, Foods around you, Friendly Staff
A little noisy at night but will stop at 12pm
My first time with Friends at Hano Place. The experience is good, staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious. The breakfast spread are not wonderful, however you can always talk to the counter to make some arrangement. For coffee lovers there are cafes every where around the place.
