Dear Robin and all the staffs at Hanoi Palace Hotel. We are staying in this friendly ,splendid hotel -it is a real pleasure, clean room,warm services and a very good location. Even with the hundreds of travel agents around. We found it so much easier to book bus tickets & a tour to Halong via the hotel. Thank for everything.
