From Noibai Int`l Airport, let take our Hanoi Palace Hotel private car, it is advisable for a convenient and safe journey. Rate: VND300, 000 (roughly USD18). Journey time: 45 minutes.
From Hanoi Railway Station or the Bus Station, take Hanoi Tourist Taxi (calling number 48.4 38565656). Rate: approximately VND35,000 (roughly USD2.2). Do not take the “walk in” taxis to avoid any scams. Journey time: 10 minutes.
For your safety and saving do not take the cyclo or motorbike.

Dear Robin and all the staffs at Hanoi Palace Hotel. We are staying in this friendly ,splendid hotel -it is a real pleasure, clean room,warm services and a very good location. Even with the hundreds of travel agents around. We found it so much easier to book bus tickets & a tour to Halong via the hotel. Thank for everything. It's very nice to stay with you. Spacious and cosy.All staffs are friendly and the sevices is perfect.I hope to see you again!
They arranged the two perfect trips to Ha Long Bay and Sapa.The receptionist called to check all the services everyday via the tour guide,or even to talk to me in some minutes.I am going to plan for my family in September here! See you all

It is very convinient when I stayed in this hotel.The staffs are really helful and funny-I love them much! I just can say that if you spend your time in Hanoi,please visit this hotel for some nights-you can enjoy the warm atmosphere as in a family!
